Unless There's Blood

This highly acclaimed play expands the traditional definition of violence.  Packed with powerful examples of the relationship between abusive behavior at work and at home, this play illuminates the personal as well as the organizational cost of accepting disrespect, berating, shaming or bullying as the status quo.  Audience members are encouraged to look at the ways they tend to communicate with co-workers and family, especially when under stress.  The play serves as a springboard to an in-depth after-play discussion, in which participants explore how an organization can better promote respect, cooperation and teamwork.

Unless There's Blood has been featured at national conferences sponsored by the American Arbitration Association and the American Psychological Association.

"The scenes depicted in Unless There's Blood were insightful and thought-provoking, prompting audience involvement in the follow-up discussion.  We have never had such wonderful participation from our staff at an all-agency meeting."
