Judy Langevin, Attorney at Law
Gray, Plant, Mooty, Mooty & Bennett, P.A.
Although her practice is focused on employment litigation, Judy is also a frequent lecturer on employment law topics and has published numerous articles for both legal and business audiences. She regularly defends employers in discrimination and wrongful termination litigation, including sexual harassment cases, and provides advice and training on personnel issues. A special interest is theater-based training for employers and employees. Judy received the Minnesota State Bar Association's Professional Excellence Award in 1990 and has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White) in 1993-94, 1995-96, and 1997-98.

Tamara Olsen, Attorney at Law

Tamara Hjelle Olsen practices in the area of Employment Law. Her practice includes advising employers in personnel-related matters, including discrimination and sexual harassment issues, Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility issues, the Family and Medical Leave Act, wage-hour concerns, drug testing, employment and independent contractor agreements, noncompete clauses, affirmative action, employee handbooks, and defamation. She also represents employers in defending employment-related claims, and advises religious organizations on responding to sex abuse charges. Ms. Olsen has taught "Women and the Law" at the University of Minnesota, and received the Author's Award from the Minnesota State Bar Association. She is a 1982 summa cum laude graduate of Moorhead State University. During law school, Ms. Olsen served as Executive Editor of the Harvard Women's Law Journal.

Anita Ryan, Management Consultant
Anita Ryan is founder and senior consultant of C. McFarlane Associates, a training, coaching and management facilitation firm operating since 1992.  She has an undergraduate degree in Special Education from Augustana College in South Dakota and a masters degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin.  During the last 23 years, Anita has trained or done therapy work with pre-school, K-12, and adult populations. Currently her training, coaching and facilitation focuses on organizational structures and behaviors needed by corporate leaders at all business levels.

Linda Houden, Ph.D. Organization Development Consultant
Linda has been providing training and organizational consulting services for dor and associates, inc. since 1985.  She has been involved in organizational change efforts for the past 13 years and has worked with clients from the public, private and non-profit sectors including the City of Minneapolis, Dorsey and Whitney and Children's Health Care.  She has recently completed a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems, where she did research on the use of theatre in organizations as an instrument to better understand and facilitate change and conflict.  Linda has developed numerous professional development workshops addressing topics such as: Managing Transitions, Sexual Harassment, Cultural Diversity, Conflict Management and Adapting to Change.  She often uses theatre as the instrument to start the conversations to heighten awareness and build capacity.

Don Gault
Don Gault is the Co-Manager of the Healthy Communities Section with the Saint Paul - Ramsey County Department of Public Health.  He has worked in The Initiative for Violence-Free Families and Communities since 1990.  Prior to his work in The Initiative, he worked for three years in the Department as a planner and community organizer.  Don's violence prevention work has focused on working with local school systems (K-12 and higher education), faith communities, workplaces, and the media.  He has also worked to help assure that the County and the Department "walk the talk" by living the principles of respect and nonviolence promoted through The Initiative.  Don has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Northeastern Illinois University and a Master of Arts Degree in Public Policy from the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.

Michael Welp, Ph.D., Organization Development Consultant
Michael Welp is the founder of EqualVoice , a consulting firm which helps organizations build collaborative environments by providing tools for conflict, learning, and change. Core to his work is a focus on diversity as a source of transformation and unification. He specializes in transforming conflict into increased effectiveness. Known for his authentic style and appreciative orientation, he works to develop leadership in everyone.
Michael has consulted with numerous corporate, public, and nonprofit agencies in the U.S. and facilitated interracial teambuilding for South African corporations. Most recently, Michael has worked extensively with Pillsbury, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Minnesota Department of Transportation. He authored a dissertation and book chapter about white men and diversity, and offers individual coaching and group learning programs to help white men become full partners in diversity efforts.

Ralph Jacobson, Management Consultant
Ralph Jacobson is President of Synthesis Consulting, Inc., an organization focused on leadership success through leadership development, one-on-one coaching, and assisting organizations undertaking significant change.  He has held executive human resource positions with Medtronic, Crosfield Dicomed Corporation, and General Growth Center Companies.  He consults with 500 organizations as well as emerging growth companies.  He holds Masters degrees in Psychology and Industrial Relations from The Ohio State University and the  University of Minnesota.  He is an adjunct faculty member of the Executive MBA program at the University of St. Thomas.  Ralph's new book, Leading for a Change, will be published in the spring of 2000 by Butterworth Heinemann.
